One of the top priorities of O.S.C.S. is the interaction, information  and stimulation of people who form today's society in such a way that they come to realise their property as members of society, respect multicultural polymorphy, encourage initiatives, bring man closer to himself and his original nature, laying one more step towards the contruction of the society of tomorrow.

Cultural and artisic events, processes of artistic self-search, appointment, unification and co-ordination of polymorfic events/actions, are some of our basic tools with which we strive to accomplish the  encouragement of spontaneous artistic creation as a means of expression and promotion of autonomous cultural action.
